Wolf, Evan. Black Operations Project.
Summarized reports:
09/03/90 Subject was injected on Welton Air Force Base with a variant on the feral lupus accelerant. Subject is to be monitored until her abilities start to become pronounced.
09/17/92 Subject was taken to B.O. base 4, later to be transferred to the second testing facility. The subject is identified as being a feral/psionic hybrid.
11/25/92 Subject has been put in solitary confinement, due to Dr. Egrend testing the Lupine feral's reaction to isolation.
11/30/92 Subject’s reaction to complete isolation has been curious; the subject first waited by the door, but after the first day moved to the farthest corner of the containment area, rejecting all food that was placed inside the containment area. The subject had to be placed in the recovery ward due to dehydration.
12/19/92 Subject passed the aptitude tests. Subject was assigned a project name, Evan Wolf, and is being shipped to training base 3 on 12/21/92.
12/21/92 Wolf arrived as scheduled. A general exam is set for tomorrow, along with DNA analysis. Psych evaluation is scheduled a week from now, giving Wolf time to adjust to current surroundings.
01/20/93 Wolf is more valuable to the project than previously thought. A database scan on all known New Mutants showed Wolf is the long absent subject WLF4 from Project Lupus. DNA analysis showed Wolf has inherited certain features from 3542R, the wolf the treatment was derived from. The psych evaluation revealed prominent lupine behavior patterns. These behavioral characteristics shall be taken into consideration for Wolf’s training program. Evaluation also disclosed Wolf’s developing psionics are showing signs developing into emotive telempathy, and potential telepathy. Further notes will be compressed into annual reports.
01/20/94 Annual report on 120; Evan Wolf. Wolf has surpassed expectations of the training instructors, excelling in covert operations training; combat techniques, and combat training. The facility’s psychologist, Dr. Roberts, has noted Wolf seems to have developed bonds to projects 325; molecular propulsive, 708; feline feral/intangible molecular, and 921; pyrogenic elemental. Wolf’s telempathy is developing nicely, while the telepathy seems to be repressed. Wolf has been selected as a subject for the new manipulative treatments and also for the feral-targeted tranquilizers that are in development.
01/20/95 Annual report on 120; Evan Wolf. Wolf’s genetic structure has reacted to the treatments in an unforeseen direction. During several combat training exercises in 04/12/94 Wolf demonstrated accelerated reaction times and phenomenal avoidance techniques. Immediate testing revealed Wolf’s abilities have mutated into a new classification of psionics, a kind of physiological telempathy, particularly attuned to movement. Further testing will be conducted.
01/20/96 Annual report on 120; Evan Wolf. The extensive tests were inconclusive; instructors occasionally report other subject’s limbs jerking involuntarily while Wolf is training. Scientists are attempting to develop a way to assess these new abilities, but are uncertain as to how Wolf’s abilities emerged initially. Dr. Yates theorizes Wolf’s abilities, being only newly emerged, will eventually progress to conscious control of another person’s movement, perhaps to the point of complete control.
01/20/97 Annual report on 120; Evan Wolf. Wolf had to be placed in solitary confinement on 06/05/96 while testing was done, due to an attack on 1204; electric generative elemental/ursine feral, after 1204 displayed aggressive behavior towards 921. 1204 sustained a broken nose, dislocated right shoulder, and three fractured fingers. 120 sustained two fractured ribs on the left side, and a sprained right ankle. Dr. Roberts attests this behavior to Wolf’s lupine influenced perspective; 1204 threatened a pack member, the threat to the pack was to be deterred or removed. Wolf was cleared on 06/12/96 to continue group training, with the exception of strenuous maneuvers until 07/10/96.
01/20/98 Annual report on 120; Evan Wolf. Wolf’s progress in training dropped dramatically and has shown signs of aggression towards medical staff, currently Wolf has to be restrained or sedated during any medical procedures. Many of the security guards have experienced intense concentrations of fear when subjects are moved in the compound through their sectors, it is speculated that the source of these emotional shifts is subject 120. Dr. Roberts confirmed the speculations, but reports that Wolf has little apparent control over her emotive projection. If psionics training is unsuccessful by 12/11/98 Wolf will be shipped to the stasis facility for further study.
11/26/98 Operations training base 3 was burned to the ground, all staff and subjects quartered in barracks 1 sub-level 2 were incinerated, no remains were found. This includes the following subjects: 120, 325, 412, 505, 708, 921, 1116, and 1204. All projects are to be decommissioned, and all operations ceased until further notice.”
